Acromil puts a premium on the education and training of our team. We are committed to helping them achieve their full personal and professional potential with training programs that assist them in developing and growing their work skills. Recognizing the value and importance of providing a clean and healthy working environment, we also work together with and train all of our employees in safe work practices and habits.
Training Activity
"As a learning organization, Acromil, LLC understands the value of cultivating growth in its most important asset, their employees. With a series of training sessions, Acromil employees engaged in activities, discussions, and exercises to enhance their knowledge and capabilities, particularly in the leadership skills of Feedback, Coaching, & Performance Management.
This was not an “off-the-shelf” training. There was deliberate purpose and thought placed into it, starting with Mr. David Nguyen and Ms. Teresa Bach. Both David and Teresa identified a need and proactively sought a solution by offering a custom-designed training specific to the organization’s needs. However, we took it a step further! With everyone’s involvement, from Senior Management to Frontline Employees, we highlighted specific areas of improvement within the Acromil culture that employees aspired to improve. This helped us embed knowledge and practices from the training into day-to-day practices to ultimately increase the quality and efficiency of interactions across Acromil.
I personally would like to thank everyone for their commitment and participation at Acromil. The most rewarding part were the demonstrable and immediate results we started noticing within the organization, by applying practices from our training.
